3.1 Device Information and Crash Logs
- Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
- App version and build number

This data is collected to diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and improve app stability.
3.2 Usage Analytics
- Features used and frequency of use (e.g., metronome, tuner)

- In-app purchase history (transaction identifiers, not payment details)
This data helps us understand how users interact with the App so we can improve it.
3.3 Advertising Identifiers
- Google Advertising ID (Android) or Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA (iOS)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- IP address (collected by our advertising partners for ad delivery and fraud prevention)
This data is used by our advertising partners to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- To diagnose crashes, bugs, and performance issues
- To analyze usage trends and improve user experience
- To serve advertisements through our advertising partners
- To process and manage in-app purchases
- To comply with legal obligations
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where GDPR or equivalent laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest — for crash reporting, diagnostics, and basic analytics necessary to maintain the App
- Consent — for serving personalised advertisements and collecting advertising identifiers. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9)
- Contract performance — for processing in-app purchases you initiate
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose data by law
6. Third-Party Services and Advertising Partners
We work with the following third-party service providers who may collect and process data through the App:
6.1 Advertising Networks
Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to deliver and measure ads. Google's privacy policy
AppLovin (AppLovin Corporation) — serves advertisements within the App. AppLovin may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data. AppLovin's privacy policy
6.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may use third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools (such as Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) to collect device information, usage data, and crash logs. These services process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
6.3 App Store Platforms
Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) process in-app purchase transactions. We do not receive or store your payment card details. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing payment processing.
7. Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy very seriously. The App may be used by children under the age of 13 (United States) or under the age of 16 (European Union / France).
7.1 COPPA Compliance (United States)
In compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- We do not require account creation or the submission of any personal information
- Advertising shown to users identified as children will be limited to contextual (non-personalised) ads only
- We configure our advertising SDKs to apply child-directed treatment (e.g., Google AdMob's COPPA tag and AppLovin's age-restricted user settings)
7.2 GDPR – Age Appropriate Design (European Union)
For users in the EU/EEA:
- We do not serve personalised advertisements to users identified as under the age of 16 without verified parental consent
- Data collection for users under 16 is limited to what is strictly necessary for the App's functionality (crash logs and basic diagnostics)
- We implement age-screening mechanisms where required and default to the most protective settings for younger users
7.3 Parental Rights
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us at contact@superpulse.co. We will promptly investigate and delete any such data.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our advertising and analytics partners operate. For transfers from the EEA/UK to countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable
- Your explicit consent, where no other safeguard is available

- Request deletion of personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
